i bought a jigsaw puzzle from the charity shop expecting it to be my new thing since deleting tiktok but i opened the box and it smelt so insanely bad i literally have shoved it under my bed and never touched it again. germ problem won that battle easy

i bought a cute christmas one from the charity shop and am convinced it’s missing some pieces and i also bought a paw patrol one for roman and it had the gruffalo in as well so bonus i guess

so i never saw this. update anyway: i left the puzzle by my window for a week and sprayed it with detol and the manky smell went away. i spent 2 hours doing the outline pieces and then was getting really annoyed at it just being on my desk an in the way so took it apart and back in the box because i knew it could be weeks before i got any motivation to attempt to finish it so i fear i might need to start smaller next time…

i got the edges and a little bit of the christmas done but i gave up because i was never going to finish anytime soon because of work

thats literally my exact reasoning. having a puzzle on your desk you’ll probably never complete is actually way more annoying than you’d think

i had to complete it by christmas because it was on the dining table and there was no way that was going to happen

at least the thought was there. half productive baddies🔥🔥

update : i gave it to my nan 😌

i mean.. will she be happy about that or will it just end up on HER dining table?🤨

well she’s got alzheimer’s so i don’t know exactly how it’s going to work it might be good for her though 🤷🏼
