The length (great info&hard to write without it, but dry in some spots) and a lack of connection/call backs to the previous books made this hard to get through. We’re REintroduced to Dr.Solomon but NO callbacks from the book we OG met her.There’s 1 throwaway line about the events from Origins. It’s an interconnected series but at times the books stand alone completely which is my biggest issue with the series.
