Reading this as part of a bookclub with my managers under me.

It has really great points, backed up by the research with evidence based connections. So everything identified as indicators of leadership is literally proven at scale.

It reads more like a textbook , so go at it with the mindset of it being a resource manual, and you will find it valuable!
