Me too. I was curious to see if you were going to like it. I made it to page 294.

I really wanted to quit after 10/15%, but I got the audiobook version and listened to it in the background. After about 50% it pulled me back in. I'm at 78% now, and it's keeping me engaged now. However it ends, it's asking too much from a reader to slosh through 50% of boring to get to the good bits. But he's one of my favourite authors, I have to give it a chance. Maybe this helps someone.

@Sukran: Ah, I see, that's good, and happy to hear that! LoL yeah, I know what you mean as this book is well over 800 pages. I've been loving it so far.

Yes, I still gave it a 4 stars, because it's a good story. And every book of Joe Hill is a treat. Glad you liked it!
