Sophie’s historical analysis on how pop culture influenced people and how everything is rooted in misogyny is absolutely brilliant. Some chapters were hard to read and I couldn’t stomach it.(not a critique to Sophie). Women had to succumb to such horrible antics that its main focus is male gratification.
