lots of info - it’s interesting and i understand why she includes it but it’s not necessary for detailing what to eat; i think it’s more to build a foundation of trust with what she’s about to introduce and to provide an in depth explanation and understanding for everything

lots of fluff but i’m liking it so far. it could be a lot more concise though
