I'm on physical therapy right now so I can't do any other exercise until spring and I don't know what baffles me more - the inability to exercise or the fact that I suddenly became sports obsessed in my thirties at all

I was in physio earlier this year and the fact that I wasn't allowed to exercise made me wanna do it so much more lol. I hope you get better soon <3
