this is starting off very sweet. a student gaining confidence in their writing (reminds me of one of my sons) and taking the time to write an author that he thinks adults are too busy to acknowledge kids .. this is a very subtle, quiet book of verse that i'm loving so far all the hidden themes within the students voice/responses
