I was waiting for the new J&J exposé novel to come in&decided to pick this 1 up again so I can clear out my currently reading shelf.I had been struggling to reach 25% of the way through the book the 1st go around;it’s like I’m in an all new mindset because it easily captured my attention&lulled me in for a serene listening session today.I can relate to her observations+feelings.

I AM enjoying this book so far, BUT I feel like I should maybe switch to a hand held copy;I feel bad admitting this)but something about the author/narrators voice/pacing makes it difficult for me.
I’m still going to finish,but it might not be in audiobook form.Yesterday I got used to it as time went on,but it was difficult(again)when I started back up today.We shall see

“Hatred + mistrust has slowly taken over the news.”
Yeah, it’s pretty wild. It used to be bad enough when they just delivered bad news for an hour twice a day.Now it reminds me of a feeding frenzy of sharks and minnows&I don’t care for it one bit. I’d much rather spend time outdoors with crows+I often do.
