In a few months I was going to be a mother, plus I had siblings to take care of and a trial to prepare for. I had to keep going.
It reminds me a bit of the life craziness we experienced in May of 2023; Patrick was graduating, Carinas adoption was finally happening, we had 2 coast to coast weddings to attend and we were closing on the sale of our new home.
