why are we waiting several months in book time and nearly halfway through the book to reveal a sliver of what is going on to Vis if time is of the essence? where’s the sense of urgency? i’m really frustrated with how this book is structured in terms of plot reveals and explaining how Will is used

i feel like the author wants me to beat my head against a wall while repeatedly saying “wtf are you talking about?” 😭
