Sorry to see this. I would suggest you dnf this whole trilogy. Nothing is worse than to be disappointed and have your time wasted in the process.

I have not read anything decent for a while so hopefully 2026 is better 😭
I hope that your 2026 in books is much better for you.When my wife goes through this slump, she usually just does re-reads until she is ready to try a new book, or she just watches television for a few days. It is her ritual, but she swears it works for when she finally picks up a new book.
