This was so good! You can feel things coming together; the horse theft plot I didn’t even know was going to be continued through the series is almost resolved! I’m hoping for a big finish & for this series to go the way I’ve wanted to since book 1. There were so many sweet moments between her & Jake! Like these books used to be. It would have been better without the usual very unrealistic scenes with the Phantom.

12-10. pg56. I thought this was too random a storyline to be doing this close to the end of the series. The author should be wrapping things up, though it’s interesting learning about gypsies, though this probably wouldn’t be written today though…
