I think it is really interesting so far. I like the pace and how it seems to be dropping hints at what is going to happen. I think he is gonna call his step dad’s brothers and find out he was being lied to about something. Maybe his mom is alive and they didn’t bury her bones. Cause the corpse was saying ‘help her’.

But that’s just a theory…
