Predictions: Verity murdered her children. I think she purposely packed a snack her daughter was allergic to and “forgot” to pack her emergency medicine/epipen. The other daughter I believe she watched her drown instead of calling for help in time or something along those lines.

2 chapters in and I’m definitely a bit hooked. I have no idea what this book is about (I choose to read popular books without any prior knowledge to keep things enthralling) but I’m excited to read more!!
