Ok, I don’t know how this Amunet character is going to redeem herself - cause she just seems like a terrible person, I would be happy to just have Samiras POV ( but I’m sure it’s all important and relevant in the end 🙄)

Was very lucky to get an e-ARC copy of this book that releases in June 2026
Early impressions - I’m enjoying it, it’s a cool mix of like an Egyptian-y kingdom and their rival kingdom are like viking bear shifters.
Some of the physical style choices are interesting when it comes to the hair - like pixie cuts, bald, or bald with a long braid - but I’m getting used to the idea.
