I had to go back & read y'all reviews about this one cuz wtf is there to like so much about this?... a joke about ICE, calling poor black kids "nappy-headed" & "roaches," transphobic rhetoric & teens having sex with adults... I love me some mess but this story is making my ass itch!

HELLOOOOOO 🗣🗣🗣 cus yeah this was past mess and just downright awful because for me a story has to have a point a theme something and this one DID NOT

usually stories about poverty criticize unjust institutions, bring light to the struggle, but this seems to be just for shits & giggles with no rhyme or reason for the bs. I will say it's a page turner & I'm committed to finishing to try to see these people found likable, but I'm not happy about it lol
