Clint Bungles You'll come out of this with a few gems to add to the reading list, I'm sure.

Have you read any of Hendrix's novels? The two I've read were fine but each would benefit from a little trimming (50-75 pages apiece).

Kevin Majestyck I’ve only read Horrorstor, which I was not really impressed with. Granted, it’s his debut. Wasn’t very impressed with that Satanic Panic movie he co-wrote the script for, either. My not-very-informed impression of him, is that he’s retro-trendy and fairly disposable in terms of subject matter, but I will give him another shot at some point.

As a cultural researcher, though, he’s doing good work. I do have one gripe so far, which is that he seems to spoil the plot of the more obscure books, which are the books he shouldn’t be spoiling (he doesn’t spoil Rosemary’s Baby or the Exorcist, which…those are the ones you CAN go deep into!). I know this has caused several books to get back in print, which is a solid service to horror fans.

Clint Bungles Weasel. Yes, I've seen some titles with a tie-in to his book. The trade-back cover for My Best Friend's Exorcism is one of the best things ever. The throwback VHS cover forced me to blind buy it when it came out. I read his follow-up (Southern Book Club something or other) and that swore me off his titles going forward. Im certain he has his hands but im good with what ive read.
