Some repetiveness and dumb moves by some characters is making me unsure of this book. I'm curious enough to continue reading, but I'm not sure how long. New-to-me author so I'm hanging in there.

Okay, now I'm more drawn into the story. I think I know how this will end. Will I be surprised or not? I still get irritated with the characters for their possible naivete. We'll see if this changes as I get further in.
