The duo find the beacon and radio due to a bookself being moved. They also find that Sylvester has kept his daughter (Kacey) hostage and mutilated her (cutting her tongue out and sewing her mouth shut). During a scuffle Sylvester accidentally shoots and kills Kacey. Hes so distraught Enzo is able to over take him. Enzo kills Sylvester. We are now left hearing the radio going off asking if someone is in need if help.

Getting ready to start Ch. 30. So far Sylvester has snapped, attacked Sawyer cause she refused to stay on the island which led to a confrontation with Enzo. Sylvester was locked in the basement but escaped and is on the island somewhere. The two are back in the lighthouse. The "ghost" pounded on and left scratches on the door one night. Ch. 29 sex scene (YESS). Sawyer confessed to killing her twin brother, the cop.

Chapter 26 is everything. Pages 263 - 280 had me in a whole trance. All I'm going to say is "wow". Will probably have to read that chapter again.

Im on the part where Sawyer is telling Enzo her brother was the POS who tormented her through the years. The brother is also a cop apparently. I guess the noise on the roof is actually ghosts? They still haven't officially confirmed it to be ghost but thats what the characters believe.

The beginning started out kind of slow but has picked up since Sawyer and Enzo have met again. (The boat scene pg 70-77). At this point in the book the characters shipwrecked and made it to the island meeting The lighthouse owner Sylvester. The plot now is starting to confuse me because I'm hoping this book isnt about ghosts.
