Looks like a short story I should read especially as you made the comment...funny.

His book Anxious People was a great romp. Have you read it?

His latest, My Friends was a beautiful, beautiful book. I highly recommend it.

It was one of my Top 3 reads of 2025.

The other two were:

● Ocean Vuong's The Emporer of Gladness which touched my soul.

● People Like Us by Jason Mott. Have never read a book like this. It was witty, funny, heartwarming and quite heartwrenching. Now I have to read his acclaimed novel...Hell of a Book. I purchased a used copy but most likely won't read it until next year.
