peter having crohns oh wow!! not the rep i was expecting but SUPER interesting and funny that he had an evil anime childhood backstory.. also yay! stuck together and forced to bond!! maybe THIS is the book with the happy romantic ending

Elspeth my love my beloved she totally deserved to boo them both off, was hoping peter would betray alice in some way! but god peter and alice are so Complex and interesting and alice borders on unlikeable to Incredibly complex, ch 19 deffo makes me sympathetic for her :( but she’d hate that i’d say that! her pov is SO fun as an unreliable narrator goodness gracious

i KNEW kinda that peter wouldnt betray her… now thats what i mean when i say Unreliable narrator!! im so sad i love them i hope they make up (there is not a single happy ending in ant rfk book) and also! pirates!!!

court of desire was deffo not what i expected (bc i love alice and peter and want them to FUCK) but in a good way!! i love the grossness of how it was portrayed..very accurate if i say so…esp w the flashback of grimes and alice!! thought the magician would be grimes, still lowkey think it is OR it could be alice or peter who just maybe forgot d/t stepping into lethe? anyways, scary good cliffhanger!!
