I am reading Rubicon by Tom Holland and needed a palate cleanser in between reading a nonfiction book. I’m currently about halfway through the book and it hooked me almost immediately. I’ve followed Daniel for some time on YouTube and so far his debut novella is dark and gruesome yet very engaging and thrilling to read. It’s not the most advanced writing but a debut book rarely is. Can’t wait to finish!
