I chose not to finish the book. It started off strong and a voice I wanted to follow. A couple off scene shifts from present to past were not clear but I liked the writers style. By the middle part I found too much repetition of information and no new insights to spur me on to completing the book. I kept reading but by the 3/4 mark I decided I have other books in my TBR stack that I wanted to read.
