Lessons Learned:
1. Be Attentive: in familiar situations, we have to be especially alert and scrutinize the facts just as much as we would in an unfamiliar situation - situations may be similar but are never the same
2. Get the Facts Straight: if the fact is an existing thing, we must put ourselves in its presence (direct evidence) or rigorously test the reliability + authenticity of the source of indirect evidence
