Okay we've officially passed the 50 page mark and I have to say, I'm very intrigued. Reading a story based on a ballet for the end of the year is actually quite fitting. It honestly just makes me wish someone would do this for the Nutcracker. Knowing how Swan Lake typically ends, I'm hoping this does not have the same bitter ending. I love Swan Lake and the twists in this are so juicy.

If they all manage to survive this story, this will be the most perfectly constructed lavender marriage in the history of Verroux. I also feel like Kronk when he figures out Pacha knows Kuzco. Every time a new piece of information drops, I find myself having to close the book and restructure my internal Crime Board. So far so good. One chapter in and it reminds me of a book I read when I was younger called "Eyes Like Stars", in which the characters of the plays lived in the theatre and that was their whole life. They lived their lives as the roles they were born as. This seems slightly different but has a similar concept. I'm at least intrigued so far.
