maybe getting up earlier?? cuz then you're tired earlier lol idk 😭 i just go to sleep early cuz i get tired early 😭
like keep ur eyes closed like deadass you have to try soooo hard to like jus keep ur eyes closed - it works for me
Do something calming with low light, like read but only have a small lamp on, or read on your kindle if you have one (not your phone though) take a warm shower before bed (because your body temperature naturally lowers and a warm shower helps to lower that temperature). Also avoiding being in dark lights during the day to train your brain that when its dark its time to sleep if that makes sense. Also if you have your phone in another room, that helps so much. And, it would take some getting used to, but wearing a sleep mask because it helps you to keep your eyes closed and not like keep opening them to look around or something, and obviously if your eyes are closed you are more likely to fall asleep lol.
