The more I continue the read, the more tolerable this book becomes. I have mixed feelings about Kelsey. Sometimes, I find her humorous, but other times I’m like “Is this really necessary?”

I can’t tell if I’m enjoying this or not. The main character feels so juvenile even though she’s supposed to be 18. There are moments in the book where I’m like “okay, I get it” when it comes to descriptions and Kelsey being…Kelsey. The pining towards the MMC also happens to be so sudden. There is no warmup to it from both sides.
