I read Book 3, The Curator, recently, because it was set at Christmas. Courtney at work got curious about it, and decided to try the series too, but with Book 1 (I have taken some teasing about not doing that). When we saw each other again days later, she was almost finished Book 1, and had ordered Book 2 - and I was done with Book 3 and gave it to her. I will have this book and Book 2 today, and we are both happy.
