Carrion and Kingfisher have had quite the time in Zilvaren. They finally found Hayden and Fisher for the chance to meet Elroy, who was Saeris’s forge master. He admits that he knew about Carrion being Fae the entire time. He also shows them to the Quicksilver pool so they can head back to Saeris.

Kingfisher and Carrion are going back to Yvelia to get Saeris’ brother Hayden. Saeris gets to stay back in Cahlish with Lorreth to train but she finds out it’s actually to be babysat ahahhaa

holy shit this is so good and so freaking similar to ACOTAR. Saeris and Kingfisher are UNREAL. Saeris the the Sanasrothian Vampire Queen because she killed Malcom in the last book. She is also Kingfishers mate so she is also the Lady of Cahlish. I’m interested to see where this story is going to go because it seems like she’s protected
