I’m loving this ending. It’s a bit sappy, but that’s exactly what this series needed and deserved.

I'm a little shocked to see one of the arcs I consider major to already be mostly resolved, but there are still a ton of VERY interesting things left to be concluded - and I can't wait to see how Tad does it!

“Do not be sad.” He spoke slowly. Each breath before speaking seemed a struggle. “Nothing is given to us when we come to this world but the promise of an ending, Seoman—so we must believe it to be a gift.”

This battle is pretty insane. I'm ready for all of these arcs to begin to tie in together. I'm anxious to see how Tad lands this plane....

IDK why I am taking so long with this - it remains excellent. Maybe I just don't want it to end?

Lots of excellent world-building happening, but it does slow the pace a bit

I really couldn't get into the Dragonbone Chair. I'll give it another try eventually, but I really want to try this sequel series.

You certainly CAN read it first, as it takes place 30+ years after MST. But I would suggest trying MST again, personally.
