I'm taking a break from this book but I will absolutely go back to this! I just want to read something a bit more spicier instead of non-stop action lol. But so far, I really like the Catalina and Alessandro. They're a cute and unexpected match. Bern and Runa were also an unexpected match! I really like the glimpses that we got of them together. He's the silent type whereas she's kind of a hot head.

It's been a long time since I've read an Ilona Andrews book and I'M HOOKED. I can't wait to see how Catalina's story will turn out! Alessandro is an interesting character. It's funny how she used to have a crush on him and now he's a suspect in the murder mystery that Catalina is trying to uncover. It's so wonderful to see past characters as well. I totally forgot about this series even though it was my favorite.
