In all seriousness, I love Dumas’ ability to be engaging even on a tangent story about a random Roman bandit.

It’s nice to see Edmond in his “if I won the lottery I wouldn’t tell anyone, but there would be signs” phase. I don’t even want to know how much he spent on costumes & wigs.
