This is giving me 'The Guilty by Katsura Izumi' vibes. The wordings and narration. And also most historical angtsy yaoi manga I've read.

I shouldn't have read this on a work week. I don't want to sleep and just finish this.

I read A Great Expectations back in high school, I don't remember all of it but I knew I remember how it made me feel. A reimagined MM romance? Of course I'll read it. Reading this with the audiobook. So far, I am captivated.
