i liked it. i read 2 analysis articles and grew more appreciation for the story. i loved the spin on the classic red ribbon tale and found the writing to have such a good flow. so sad what woman go through…trying to take advantage of the system and somehow still coming up short and losing 😞 #believewoman

i thought that it was quite a good analogy for an abusive rs. the baby was cfm part of the narrator's imagination and her dealing with the grief of ending a (horrible) rs and how she must feel rly guilty for not having left sooner and traumatising herself in the process?

i rly liked the way that end of the world theme was looked at in the lens of sexual relationships that the author has gone through. lowk thought she was talking abt covid but then realised that this book is published in like 2017ish LOL so it's relevent!
