In Luceum, Vis was brought in front of the king and tried for his possession Cian’s staff. He is to be sent to a place where he will become a warrior. A weird sense that this was planned somehow. In Obiteum, Vis has managed to enter Duat without any gleaners being alerted. It seems like a horrific place. I’m enjoying this book sooooo much.

In Obiteum, Vis absolutely bulldozed his way into Duat lol and is now travelling through the damn sewage system again. In Luceum, Tara came to save him, fought Gallochobar and lost, Ronan submitted himself and Vis instead. They got sacrificed in the lake but Vis’s dad came to save him one last time. He was miraculously bound to his arm with Will and was able to kill Gallochobar. Fuck yea

That was fckin heartbreaking. Firstly in Obiteum, Vis managed somehow to stumble back to the garden of Qabr and went through the golden door. Found the weapon and it seems insanely powerful. In Res, before going into the south Caten prison, Tetrius Decimus killed Aequa in a spot of rage against Vis. He was then able to rescue Lanistia and Ulciscor and is not heading to save Eidhin from war. tgis book is fckin insane

Okay it’s getting a bit hard to follow because there is so much political and tactical talk. But all hell is breaking loose in Caten. Vis has to find a way to save Eidhin from fighting in an attack. In Luceum, Gallochobar killed Lir after capturing him and Vis, and is now boasting to Ronan about executing him as a traitor. Crazy

In Obiteum, Vis plunged into the river and needs in a ‘purification’ room, still trying to find a way out of Duat. In Luceum, he finally passed the test, where he found an Aurora Columnae and fought off two giant metal statues. This book keeps on giving. I can’t take my eyes off of it.

VIS FOUND HIS DAD OMG. i almost got emotional. that was an amazing passage. his father told him everything he knew. from his death to the cataclysm and the splitting of his person. to Ostius guiding him here and all that. Ostius seems to be using the anguis, not part of it. i got that impression when they attacked Militarty. that was so heartwarming but very bittersweet also.

In Obiteum, Vis somehow escaped capture after his scuffle with the Overseer, but stumbled upon a commotion where Ahmose had been discovered. He then leaped back and committed suicide. On Res, Vis escaped the forum but went back to seal an alibi. Absolute chaos ensued in Caten afterwards. Shit is getting absolutely cooked.

Okay SO much has happened. On Obiteum, Vis barely escaped the chase of an Overseer. On Luceum, Vis realized that he can use will in battle but Lir needs to test him. On Res, him and Oistus have barged an impressive and violent assault on the most powerful men of military. Vis got answers for the attack on Suus, the naumachia and the Iudicium. Crazy stuff

OKAY. So on Res the festival was as tense as ever. Vis and Relucia met up with Ostius and somehow travelled to Luceum, moved in tgere, and then transferred back to Res in the place that they couldn’t have accessed otherwise. They are listening in on high ranking members of military. Online Obiteum, Vis has passed his ‘audition’ and has made it inside the pyramid of Ka.
