I appreciate how Garfield draws on Descartes, Hume, Kant, Nietzsche, Wittgenstein, etc. to frame Nāgārjuna’s arguments for readers familiar with Western philosophy.

I've put off reading Mūlamadhyamakakārikā for years, but now I think I'm ready to face this behemoth.
