I am so glad I finally read the book. It’s a life-changing read, really changed my perspective. For me, the most impactful was his insight of “suffering ceases to be suffering when it finds meaning”.It is such a powerful approach to turning something viewed as negative into positive growth and maturity. I loved it and recommend it.
