This oscillates between : fun character moments and cringe, between interesting enough plot happenings and cringey posturing, sweet moments and cringe tough moments… it feels quite unpolished to me. The dramatic flair or whatever is used too much. The dun dun dun moments are not very effective. But the characters are enjoyable. I mean I’m still reading it so…

Okay fine second half is somewhat better

The dialogue is at times both funny and engaging. The group setting and the interactions between the characters is quite enjoyable. The world still doesn’t make much sense to me and I don’t generally like a modern setting much. Too many moments of posturing where the characters are supposed to be super intimidating. It’s has some charm though, seems like I might keep going after all.

*sigh* Addam showed up at last. I guess I’ll keep going at least a bit further… the world is a mystery to me though and not in the best way. Like I can’t get a grasp on it at all.

Too much posturing. Idk why I’m continuing I’m kind of not liking it but … curious

I have no concept of how this world actually looks or is. The dialogue is fun. I have no idea if I like it or not !
