Massive trigger warning. DNF. The beginning of the book talks about the victims of this book not wanting the book to be published and how the authors go back and forth on wether to republish it or not. I should have known not to read further. This book seems to exploit children who have been victims of horrible crimes. Despite the book being about incest and rape - it was more graphic than I expected.
