I cry a lot while reading this book. For more than one reason.

I read more than half of this book when it was for book club, so I can say that I really like Laurie Frankel's style. If I could write a book, I would want it to have the smart, ebullient, ADHD wordiness of this book—with a strong undercurrent (or overcurrent?) of Penn's fairy tales.

I like this book, but it was for last month's book club, and I should probably read this month's book! I'll come back to this later...

I like this so far, but it's almost too emotional for me to handle. Both the "main drama" (if that's what it turns out to be) and the fact that I wish I had a family like the one in this book when I was a kid.
