I CTRL+F'ed through my list of glbt+read shelves, looking for everything tagged fantasy. This is the closed I can come to looking for queer horror, since I don't happen to use those for my shelves and I'm too lazy to change my system. ;) YMMV but your mileage was always going to vary anyway. I only put books I've actually read and a lot of them ended up being comics.

Graphic novels:
- The Abandoned (Sophie, formerly Ross, Campbell)
- Kill 6 Billion Demons (Tom Parkinson-Morgan) (this is actually an ongoing web comic and I've lost track of it)
- When I Arrived at the Castle (E.M. Carroll) (don't really remember this, but the cover's kind of sexy)
- Cyclopedia Exotica (Aminder Dhaliwal) (not horror and entirely queer, but yeah, it's very queer anyway)

Not horror, but super queer and may fall in the right ball park re: vibes, since you said metaphorical:
- Troll: A Love Story (Johanna Sinisalo) (*also, the proper title is "Not Before Sundown"; "Troll: A Love Story" is just the stupid American market title)

Definitely horror:
- Queer Fear (Michael Rowe)

Definitely horror, and I love it, but it's not particularly sexy or even REALLY horrifying, if that's what you're going for:
- The Bone Key: The Necromantic Mysteries of Kyle Murchison Booth (Sarah Monette)

Definitely horror, not particularly sexy, and it's not my favorite:
- The Cabin at the End of the World (Paul Tremblay)
