Lexi's Grandma states how she needs a life partner and not for the finance, but for someone who loves Snowberry. Her Grandma thinks about the dentist and has decided to set her up with him, to which Lexi is surprised by it and her Gran mentions setting it up for the same night (tonight) with him being at the Broken Spoke, and Lexi tells her Gran to cancel it.

Lexi continues to talk over to her Gran about the lodge, and gets the message from her about how her Uncle Roddy should sell it. Lexi tells her Gran to give her the place and how she has the ideas and energy for it. However, her Grandma states that she can't get it even if she wanted to, because according to her great grandparents will and trust, only a married couple can inherit the Snowberry Lodge.

Lexi talks over to her grandmother about Snowberry Lodge, with her thinking of selling it over to a company called Black Diamond Resorts that'll plan to tear it down. Her Grandma states how she can't run if on her own, and Lexi reminisces all the past things on the resort (her great grandparents having it 75 years prior and other family members). Lexi notes the resort struggling and needing to rebrand, renovate, etc.
