I wanted to enjoy this book, but ultimately I won’t be finishing it. The constant switching between first-person narration from multiple characters and third-person chapters made it difficult to stay oriented. On top of that, the writing often felt abrupt rather than fluid, which pulled me out of the story instead of drawing me in. While the premise had potential, the execution just wasn’t for me.
