I’m at 42% and thinking about DNFing. I didn’t love the first one either though. Audiobook narration is bad imo. That’s how I’m consuming - so unsure if that is what is swaying me.

I did like the first one, but I'm reading the ebooks. I'm definitely going to finish it, but I see that everything loves this second book.
