This book highlighted the struggles be go through with death, sexual abuse and substance abuse, it showed how life changing situations can bring someone to a crippling mental health. It portrayed that while you don’t think you need help, asking for help carries you a long way and to not hold in everything we feel. I read this before even knowing it’s a sequel but Tully and Marah had my heart.
