I had to pause for a second because calling depression a symptom is crazy work.
"Your depression, biological factors aside of course, is everything coming to the surface, and you bellowing down to stow it away." ????????????????
Depression is a real medical disorder. And what does "biological factors aside of course" even mean? what the fuck are you on? Don't use pseudoscience when talking about depression.

We are starting off strong with pop-science. "Left brain and right brain dominance". I will comment more on that, but this is a myth that has been debunked multiple times by neurologists. Both of your brain hemispheres are in constant communication. Your right isn't responsible for emotions, and no, you are not utilizing it for creativity. "Left brain fogginess" is not a real thing. You have brain fog, go rest.

Before I even start reading this book, I must say that I am very critical when it comes to self help books. That being said, I will try to be as objective as possible without losing my crap. I will update regularly.
