Lexi explains to Devlin how her Grandma was the one who set up the date but the whole thing didn't work out well between them.

Lexi chats over with Devlin as their getting margaritas and she tells him about the Dr. Smalley situation

After Lexi chats with Silas, the bartender, someone takes Dr. Smalley's empty spot, and Lexi spots the guy, and introduces himself as Devlin.

Lexi talks over to the bartender, named Silas, and he explains to her as to why he stopped going to Snowberry, with his girlfriend being more into The Summit (a mega resort) and him forgetting about the lodge.

Lexi continues talking over to Dr. Smalley, and he says that he's not ready yet, with Lexi explaining to Smalley that she felt bad regarding what her Grandma said about him and she agreed to come, with Smalley saying that he needs more time to heal and isn't ready for a girlfriend yet. So, after that, he ends up leaving. Lexi chats over with the bartender.

Lexi chats over with Winnie about the whole widowed dentist situation, and then she calls to explain more to her about it. We also learn that Winnie and Dex have a son named Michael! They met at an expo a few years prior and she got introduced to Ellie Lupo through her. We also note that the widowed husband is thirty-five and has two kids.

Lexi continues talking to her Gran about seeing Dr. Smalley, and Lexi agrees to do it but with her going to the lunch and talk to one of the suit guys. After that, Lexi gets a text from Winnie.

Lexi's Grandma states how she needs a life partner and not for the finance, but for someone who loves Snowberry. Her Grandma thinks about the dentist and has decided to set her up with him, to which Lexi is surprised by it and her Gran mentions setting it up for the same night (tonight) with him being at the Broken Spoke, and Lexi tells her Gran to cancel it.

Lexi continues to talk over to her Gran about the lodge, and gets the message from her about how her Uncle Roddy should sell it. Lexi tells her Gran to give her the place and how she has the ideas and energy for it. However, her Grandma states that she can't get it even if she wanted to, because according to her great grandparents will and trust, only a married couple can inherit the Snowberry Lodge.

Lexi talks over to her grandmother about Snowberry Lodge, with her thinking of selling it over to a company called Black Diamond Resorts that'll plan to tear it down. Her Grandma states how she can't run if on her own, and Lexi reminisces all the past things on the resort (her great grandparents having it 75 years prior and other family members). Lexi notes the resort struggling and needing to rebrand, renovate, etc.
