The more you read the more obvious it becomes how much of a dumpster fire the marriage idea is (which is, of course, the point.) I’m pretty sure Belly’s just doing it because my queen Laurel doesn’t want her to.

I have so many problems with this already. Also had no idea that the Jeremiah cheating scandal came this early in the book.
