I’m SO entertained, I’m really surprised. BUT AGAIN—EVEN IN A FANTASY SETTING, NOBODYYYY TALKS LIKE THIS 😭😭 I hope the writing gets better.

HAZAN??? WHATTTT???? Shocker. Anyway wtf is the king thinking?? Accusing his grandson of treason with NO evidence whatsoever. Yes I know Kamran is lowkey stupid and pathetically inlove with a girl he JUST met, he shouldn’t be throwing accusations around and throwing his HEIR in a dungeon?? 😭😭✌️✌️✌️✌️

This book is very fun lol. I love Hazan, he’s like my favourite character so far. But THE WRITING BROOO, it’s not hard to understand, but NO ONE talks like that— not even in a historical / fantasy setting. And Kamran??? What’s with the love at first sight. He’s already having wet dreams about her and they met like 3 seconds ago. Eughhh.

He has anger issues, someone hand Kamran a snicker NOW if not sooner

I gotta say: the writing is very easy to understand, but it’s NOT my jam. But I’m not gonna judge because I’m only 11% through. I love Alizeh so far. I don’t like Kamran.

I’m excited to start this one. Can’t wait to meet Cyrus😝😝
